The concept
Righi Arch. Luigi
For an architect, building a tourist resort using green building principles means having the opportunity to design a complex that is perfectly integrated into its natural surroundings in an eco-sustainable way—combining guest comfort with environmental respect, without neglecting energy efficiency.
The core of this project lies in the close relationship between nature and human beings, who should feel completely immersed in the surrounding environment. For the client, the most important goal was to combine the economic aspect of the project with people’s well-being and respect for the environment, with particular attention to energy efficiency.
The greatest challenge was to start from a conceptual idea and develop it into a feasible final project, meeting both the client’s needs and the requirements of current regulations.
Working with Wolf Haus prefabrication technology was a unique experience for me, supported by great professionalism that allowed me to fully interpret all the distinctive features and high potential that wood as a material can offer.
“For us, Vada Village Resort is a family dream that came true after many years.
We wanted to take care of every detail because we hope that, in the hearts of our guests, after their stay, remains the memory of our hospitality, the Tuscan tradition, and the modernity of an eco-sustainable structure.
It is precisely for this last aspect that we chose Wolf Haus, because we felt aligned with their philosophy of personalization, technology, and care.”(The Rocchiccioli Family, owners of Vada Village)
